Only the information you enter in the website’s forms (contact form and level test): first name, email or phone number / messaging ID, country, goal, level and test answers.

Use

This data is only used to send you your result, answer your request and organise your lessons. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Hosting and processors

The website and forms are hosted by Netlify (USA). Further exchanges may take place by email (Gmail) or through the messaging app you chose (WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat).

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of our exchanges and your lessons, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to rendezvousfrancais.contact@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
